All Flight Safety Foundation members receive a certificate with a
plaque and are included on the FSF membership roster and web site.
Membership provides the following specific benefits for each category
of annual contribution:
Benefactor (US$25,000 or more)
- Three one-year gift memberships to companies of your choosing
($3,000
category);
- One free registration at all annual FSF safety seminars plus $200
discount for each additional registration;
- Up to 10 subscriptions to AeroSafety World;
- Up to 15 CD-ROMs and printed seminar proceedings from
three annual
FSF safety seminars;
- Special recognition in various FSF publications; and,
- Executive-level participation in the development of FSF strategy.
Patron ($15,000–24,999)
- Two one-year gift memberships to companies of your choosing
($3,000
category);
- One free registration at any two annual FSF safety seminars
plus
$200 discount for each additional registration;
- Up to five subscriptions to AeroSafety World;
- Up to 12 CD-ROMs and printed seminar proceedings from
three annual
FSF safety seminars; and,
- Corporate-level participation in the development of FSF strategy.
Contributor ($10,000–14,999)
- A one-year gift membership to a company of your choosing
($3,000
category);
- One free registration at any one annual FSF safety seminar
plus
$200 discount for each additional registration;
- Up to four subscriptions to AeroSafety World; and,
- Up to eight CD-ROMs of seminar proceedings from
three annual FSF
safety seminars.
Subscriber ($5,000–9,999)
- Up to three subscriptions to AeroSafety World,
- Up to five CD-ROMs of seminar proceedings from
three annual FSF
safety seminars; and,
- $200 discount on registration at all seminars.
Corporate Member ($3,000–4,999)
- Up to two subscriptions to AeroSafety World,
- Receive up to two CD-ROMs of all three FSF annual seminars
— whether
or not you attend;
- $200 discount on registration at all seminars;
- Receive member-only mailings throughout the year of
special reports
on important safety issues such as:
- Corporate FOQA;
- Controlled flight into terrain (CFIT);
- Ground accident prevention;
- Approach-and-landing accidents;
- Human factors and fatigue countermeasures;
- Runway incursions; and,
- Receive special discounts for FSF safety services,
including IS-BAO
audits.
Consultant Member ($1,000)
- A subscription to AeroSafety World;
- $200 discount on registration at all seminars;
- CD-ROMs of seminar proceedings from all
three annual

- Receive

- A subscription to AeroSafety World;
