In the Total Flights field, enter the number of flights by your organization in one year.
In the Fleet Mix section, enter the percentage of narrow-body (single-aisle) aircraft into the “Narrow-Body" field and the percentage of wide-body (twin-aisle) aircraft into the “Wide-Body” field in decimal format.
Incident Rate has been entered as the current industry average per 1,000 flights. If your operation is experiencing a different rate, you can enter it instead of using the industry average.
Personal Injury Rate has been entered as the current industry average per 1,000 flights. If your operation is experiencing a different rate, you can enter it instead of using the industry average.
