The quarterly publication, in the Korean and English languages, has transmitted cultural change within the airline, recognition of international standards, reinforcement of sound flight training practices, and objective, consistent evaluation of flight crew performance. The importance of continual safety monitoring has been emphasized to flight crewmembers through summaries of de-identified flight operational quality assurance (FOQA) data.

SkySafety21, recognizing that not all personnel hazards are flight-related, has expanded its coverage to include a regular feature about home and after-hours safety. Throughout the magazine, information is enhanced by high-quality, contemporary graphic design.
